Background: Surfing is a sport that requires alternating high, medium, and low intensity at one time. combines three phases, namely paddling, pop-up, wave-ride. The surf pop-up phase characterized by change from paddling position to standing on the surfboard in dynamic motion. During this transition, surfer must move 75% of his body weight less than second. Pop-up movement unique challenge for human motor system because it be done quickly, with sufficient strength, moving unstable surface readiness bio motoric component avoid injury. This study aimed see relationship between core muscles, leg arches, hamstring, lumbar flexibility ability among surfers.
 Methods: research uses analytic observational cross-sectional approach. number samples was 80 people inclusion criteria, men aged 20-40 years least year surfing experience. Core muscles were measured using curl-up test, footprint test hamstring sit reach modified Schober's time pop-up. conducted Badung regency.
 Results: showed significant strong (r= 0,57, p-value< 0.001), arches (rs= 0.33-0.43, p-values= 0.009 - <0.001), 0.31-0.50, 0.013 <0.001) Conclusion: There relationships surfers.
